Investment

Therapy for your child begins with a parent/caregiver intake. After that, I will meet with your child weekly.

My approach is collaborative because I recognize that caregivers have the biggest impact on their kid’s life. I typically like to check-in with parents monthly, unless more or less collaboration is needed. Parents can opt to do a check-in via video call or in person at my office.

FAQ’s

  • No, I do not take insurance. I do provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. If you reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before your session, the card on file will be charged for the full session fee.

If your child is getting over a sickness, but still wants to meet we can arrange to wear masks in the office or set-up a video call session.

  • Schools want to see kids thrive and are typically on board with kids coming in late one morning or leaving early one day a week. I can provide a letter to the school if needed.

Parents of children who have missed school for therapy tell me that it is worth it to miss a little school in order to make life-changing gains in therapy.

If help is needed, you can find a way to make daytime therapy sessions work!

No Surprises Act

The No Surprises Act went into effect on January 1, 2022 requiring all healthcare providers to give estimates for the cost of their clients’ care when insurance is not being used to cover the services. The Good Faith Estimate shows the total expected cost of your mental health needs in a given year. This will be provided upon scheduling and/or as requested. This Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that may arise during our work together.
